I help everyday people move out of survival mode and into grounded, energised, and regulated living.

Through a blend of nervous-system support, somatic practices, movement, and energy work, I guide you back into connection with your body and your life without pressure or perfectionism.

My work is grounded in science and rooted in soul.

I bring together holistic health, personal training, Reiki, somatic awareness, and lived experience to support the whole human mind, body, energy, and environment.

Everything I offer is designed to be practical, gentle, and sustainable in real life.

 

I’m the creator of The Whole Human Alignment Method™ and founder of The Six Pillars of Alignment™, a structured, yet flexible approach that guides all of my sessions and programs.

My Journey

From fitness to FIFO life, I spent years in high-pressure environments, constantly pushing through and living in survival mode.

Even then, practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and movement became my anchors reminding me that true strength is more than physical.

​

Motherhood became a turning point in my life. After working FIFO until 36 weeks pregnant, I was later diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, an experience that completely changed my relationship with my body.

​

What once felt strong became unpredictable.

​

That season taught me how to rebuild gently.
It deepened my connection to holistic healing, Reiki, and restorative practices that helped me regulate, reconnect, and come back to myself.

​

Today, I bring together over a decade of experience in fitness, holistic wellbeing, and lived experience to support people navigating burnout, chronic illness, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.

​

My work includes 1:1 holistic coaching, Reiki sessions, and structured programs designed to help you create sustainable, aligned wellbeing.
