Jaymee Hope is a Holistic Wellness Coach who helps everyday humans move out of survival mode and into grounded, energised, regulated living.
Blending nervous-system science, somatic practices, movement, and energetic alignment, Jaymee supports clients in reconnecting to their bodies, regulating their internal world, and creating sustainable rhythms that work in real-life settings — without pressure or perfectionism.
With a background in personal training, advanced exercise science, somatic awareness, and lived experience navigating chronic illness, she brings a whole-human approach to wellbeing that honours the mind, body, energy, and environment together.
Jaymee is the creator of The Whole Human Alignment Method™, a holistic mind–body–energy philosophy delivered through her signature Six Pillars of Alignment™, a practical and transformative structure that guides all her sessions and programs.
She is the founder and facilitator of two signature coaching experiences:

Both programs weave science, somatics, energetics, breathwork, movement, and lifestyle alignment into clear, accessible pathways designed for everyday people navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, chronic illness, or life transitions.
In addition to coaching, Jaymee is a qualified Reiki Practitioner, offering 1:1 Reiki energy sessions both online and in-person. Her Reiki work focuses on supporting energetic balance, emotional grounding, nervous-system soothing, and whole-body alignment through gentle, non-invasive energy practices that blend Reiki with deep meditative states, light sound therapy, and calming sensory cues.
All 1:1 Holistic Wellness Coaching sessions are held via video call and include a personalised Wellness Roadmap & Logbook for continued integration and support.

My Personal Message to You
I’m Jaymee. I am a Holistic wellness coach, personal trainer, former FIFO worker turned mum, and someone who understands what it feels like to reach burnout.
FROM FITNESS TO FIFO
My love for fitness & Holistic wellness began with gymnastics and grew into a career as a personal trainer, specializing in sports training, advanced exercise science, and rehabilitation, Until COVID changed everything. I transitioned into mining and spent years in high-pressure FIFO roles, living in survival mode and constantly pushing through.
But my story is much more than a career timeline. At 21, a life-changing experience led me to pack my car and move to a new state. That leap began my spiritual & Holistic wellness journey, opening my heart to a more intentional life and sparking a passion for universal connection.
Even during FIFO life, I held on to practices that kept me grounded. Breathwork, mindfulness, and movement were lifelines that reminded me true strength is not only physical but also mental, emotional, and spiritual. This is also where I first leaned into energy work, deep meditative practices, and sound therapy — tools that brought me back into my body when everything felt overwhelming.
THE TURNING POINT
Motherhood became the most beautiful and soul-expanding chapter of my life, but it was also deeply confronting. I worked FIFO until 36 weeks pregnant, and after giving birth to my daughter, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
LIVING WITH RA
Overnight, my relationship with my body changed. Movement, once my sanctuary, became painful and unpredictable. That season taught me resilience in its purest form. It showed me how to rebuild gently and deepened my purpose to guide others through their own storms toward Holistic wellness. It strengthened my connection to Reiki, sound therapy, and deep meditation practices that helped me regulate, release, and reconnect during some of my most difficult moments.
WHY I COACH TODAY
Today, I draw on over a decade of knowledge in fitness Holistic wellness and lived experience to help others reconnect to themselves. My work is grounded in science and rooted in soul. I support men and women navigating burnout, identity shifts, chronic illness, and emotional overwhelm.
With my methods, I help you realign your body, mind, and spirit without pressure or perfectionism. Just presence, healing, and a return to your truth.
