4. Bookings & Sessions

By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Sessions may be conducted online (via video call) or in-person where applicable
You are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable
Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time

6. Digital Products

All digital products (eBooks, guides, pre-recorded content):

Are for personal use only
Must not be shared, copied, resold, or redistributed
Are delivered digitally via email or download

We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services:

Coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in exceptional circumstances
