2. Terms & Conditions Overview

These Terms apply to all products and services provided by The Soulful Pause, including but not limited to:

Sanctuary Kits and physical wellness items
Digital products (eBooks, PDFs, pre-recorded sessions)
1:1 and group mental health and wellness coaching
AI voice-recorded sessions (with consent)
Use of our website, booking system, and communication platforms

Services are provided by Jaymee-Lea Hope and Lacee Heenan, co-founders and wellness coaches.

3. Coaching Disclaimer

All coaching services offered are for wellness support and education purposes only. We do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Our coaching reflects lived experience, holistic wellness training, and personal development practices.

You should consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical or psychological concerns.

4. Session Agreements

By booking a 1:1 or group coaching session, you agree to the following:

Sessions may be conducted via video call
AI voice recording may be used during sessions (with prior consent) for note-keeping and quality purposes
All session content remains confidential, unless there is a legal obligation to disclose (e.g. risk of harm)

You may cancel or reschedule a session with 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in no refunds.

If you prefer not to use AI-generated reporting, you have two options:

Opt-out: Your session will not be recorded.
Manual report option: A manually written summary will be provided by your coach, which incurs an additional administration fee of $60per hour (to be confirmed before booking).

5. Use of Digital Products

Digital purchases (eBooks, PDFs, pre-recorded content) are:

For personal use only
Non-transferable and not to be redistributed or resold
Delivered via email or download after purchase

We reserve the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices listed are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due at time of purchase via our secure payment platforms.

7. Terms & Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and services:

Digital products and coaching sessions are non-refundable
Physical items may be eligible for a refund or replacement if damaged or faulty please refer to our [Returns Policy]
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site and in our products—including logos, branding, text, videos, and designs are the intellectual property of The Soulful Pause and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Service interruptions due to technology or third-party platforms
