COACHING & SERVICES

Q: What kind of coaching do you offer?

We offer 1:1 and group wellness coaching sessions led by Jaymee Hope and Lacee Heenan, focused on mind-body-soul alignment, autoimmune health, motherhood, mental wellbeing, and holistic support. All sessions are conducted via video call.

 

Q: Is this coaching the same as therapy?

No. Our coaching is wellness-focused and based on lived experience, mindfulness, and personal development. It is not a replacement for therapy or medical treatment. If needed, we may recommend speaking to a licensed allied health professional.

 

Q: Should I get a medical check-up before booking?

Yes, we encourage all clients to seek a general health or mental health check-up before beginning coaching—especially if you have a pre-existing or significant diagnosis.

 

Q: Can I book coaching if I have a diagnosed mental health condition?

Yes, but we recommend that you also remain under the care of a licensed health professional. We’re here to complement—not replace—your medical or therapeutic support.

Q: How do I book a session?

Select BOOK NOW and fill out our client intake form. Once we receive it, we’ll contact you via email to arrange a time and day that best suits you. After your booking is submitted, you’ll receive a secure payment link. Once payment is completed, your booking will be confirmed. You’ll then receive an email with a private link that will take you directly to your online session.

AI VOICE RECORDING & SESSION REPORTING

Q: Do you record coaching sessions?

Only with your explicit consent. We may use AI voice-to-text tools during sessions to create a written summary for your records. No raw voice data or personal audio is stored.

 

Q: What if I don’t consent to AI recording?

You can opt out at any time. If you choose not to use AI transcription, we offer manual written reports for an additional admin fee due to the extra time involved.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Q: How do I access my digital products (PDFs, eBooks, pre-recorded sessions)?

Once purchased, digital files are delivered via email or download link within 24 hours. If you don’t receive them, check your spam folder or contact us at admin@soulful-pause.com.

 

Q: Can I get a refund for a digital product?

No. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless there is a fault with the file.

Q: How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 2–4 business days, with standard delivery taking 3–7 business days within Australia. Express shipping is also available.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Australia. For international orders, contact us directly at admin@soulful-pause.com for a custom quote.

 

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or is missing?

Email us at admin@soulful-pause.com within 7 days, including your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or resend if needed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Q: Do you offer refunds for change of mind?

No. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases across digital, physical, or coaching services. Please read product descriptions carefully.

 

Q: What qualifies for a refund or replacement?

We offer refunds or replacements for:

 

  • Items that are damaged or faulty

  • Incorrect or missing products

  • Digital files that are inaccessible or corrupted
