Thank you for choosing The Soulful Pause. We’re committed to delivering your items with care, clarity, and a personal touch. This Shipping policy outlines how we handle shipping for both physical and digital products.

 

1. Shipping policy Areas

We currently ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly at admin@soulful-pause.com to check availability and receive a custom quote.

2. Processing Times
  • Physical products (e.g. Sanctuary Kits, mist sprays, affirmation cards, bath salts) are packed with care and usually processed within 2–4 business days of purchase.

  • Custom orders or pre-order items may take slightly longer (up to 7 business days). This will be clearly stated on the product page.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping policy Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted Australian carriers such as Australia Post or Sendle. Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (optional upgrade): 1–3 business days

Please note - shipping policy times are estimates only and may vary due to location, peak periods, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping policy Costs
  • Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout for standard delivery.

  • Express shipping and bulk orders may incur additional charges.

  • Free shipping may apply during special promotions – check our homepage or socials for updates.

5. Digital Products

Items such as PDFs, eBooks, pre-recorded videos, and coaching materials are delivered digitally via email or direct download link immediately after purchase or within 24 hours.

 

If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@soulful-pause.com

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to redirect your parcel, The Soulful Pause is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but once shipped, delivery is out of our hands. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

 

We will assist with tracking, replace items where appropriate, or file a claim with the courier on your behalf.
