That was the question that sparked The Soulful Pause.
It came in the middle of exhaustion, long before the brand existed, when life felt like a constant race with no finish line.
For me, that race looked like endless FIFO shifts, 12-hour days, and the pressure of proving I could “handle it all.”
But the truth?
I wasn’t handling it at all. I was surviving, not living.
And I know so many of you have felt that too.
