The Question That Started It All


“Is this it?”


That was the question that sparked The Soulful Pause.


It came in the middle of exhaustion, long before the brand existed, when life felt like a constant race with no finish line.


For me, that race looked like endless FIFO shifts, 12-hour days, and the pressure of proving I could “handle it all.”


But the truth?


I wasn’t handling it at all. I was surviving, not living.

And I know so many of you have felt that too.

The Soulful Pause exists because the world doesn’t slow down for you so you have to choose to slow down for yourself.


This space was created as a sanctuary for real people facing real struggles:

✔ Living with chronic illness

✔ Mental and emotional weight that feels endless
