The Soulful Pause wasn’t created from theory.

It was created from lived experience.


From burnout, pressure, and high-demand environments.

From motherhood and identity shifts.

From navigating chronic illness and learning how to rebuild from the ground up.


And from seeing how many people are stuck in the same cycle doing more, trying harder, and still feeling disconnected.


Most people are taught to:

  • push through

  • think differently

  • fix themselves


But very few are taught how to actually understand themselves.

I don’t believe people are broken.

I believe they’re disconnected.


Disconnected from their body.

From their internal signals.

From their sense of self.

It comes from learning how to:

  • understand yourself

  • regulate your nervous system

  • reconnect with your body

  • respond to life instead of constantly reacting


Because lasting change only happens when your mind, body, emotions, and environment are working with you not against you.


There are no shortcuts here.

No quick fixes.


Just a return to something more honest, more grounded, and more sustainable.

  • movement and body-based practices

  • breathwork and mindfulness

  • energy work including Reiki


I help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels practical, steady, and real.


This isn’t about overwhelming you with information or expecting instant change.

It’s about:

  • building awareness

  • creating safety within your body

  • and developing tools that actually fit into your life


So you can begin to trust yourself again.
