Hello!

I’m Lacee, your mental health coach. I am a huge advocate for the mindful health of all and have first-hand experience and knowledge of the impacts of our mentality on our daily lives. From small stressors to the impacts of life weighing us down heavily these things can lead to anxiety, feeling down and heavy, stress and burnout and less productivity and satisfaction overall. Not to mention de-prioritizing rest and reflection in our schedules.

I have extensive experience working in the HR space in the disability and mental health sectors and as a result have supported others in their daily working life with work and life stressors for a range of individuals including mums, dads, individuals with disabilities, allied health professionals and your everyday joe.

Alongside this I have studied psychology for the past five years obtaining my masters degree all while being a sole parent to two kids under ten and working full time. Due to personal experiences my passion for wellbeing of all has led me to providing mental health support as my life’s work. I continue to work in the space in my other roles and can bring a wealth of knowledge to mental wellbeing strategies, education and coaching.

My work in the disability and mental health fields has allowed me to support mums, dads, professionals, and individuals with disabilities meeting them where they are and helping them manage unique challenges.


- Masters in Professional Psychology

I’ve spent five years studying psychology, earning my Master of Professional Psychology, Graduate Diploma, and bachelor's degree (majoring in Organizational Studies). This solid academic grounding shapes the coaching strategies I use today.

- Sole Parent Perspective

As a full-time working sole parent of two young children, I understand the strain of juggling roles, the risk of burnout, and the importance of carving out time for rest and reflection.

I help individuals move from survival mode to mindful living by prioritizing rest, reflection, and meaningful pauses. Together, we realign your mental health with values-based strategies for life satisfaction.
